The following documentation must be available on-site either electronically or physically upon request, as applicable.

• Remote Pilot Certificate
• sUAS Registration (Either Part 47 Paper or Part 48 Online)
• A copy of any applicable Airspace Authorization, Airspace Waiver or LAANC authorization code
• UC Flight Approval from the Systemwide Designated UAS Authority, Designated Local Authority or other authorized personnel
• A copy of a completed Risk Assessment (may be documented in UC Drones)
• A copy of the Emergency Procedure Checklist for the flight mission - Template Available
• An up-to-date weather report
• A copy of this Standard Operating Procedures for Advanced Operations (Online, or for off-line access use the download links at the top of the page: pdf or epub available)
• A copy of any applicable COA
